It’s time for a break from the in-season grind and you’ve earnt the right to a little bit of competitive fun!

And yes, of course, we’ll do it all for some cash and prizes.

Each week we test you on 4 different fitness capacities, through physical challenges that are only revealed on the day.
Strength, power, speed and endurance, all need to maintained and enhanced, in readiness for anything that may be thrown at you each week.
All programming is set out for you by our elite S&C team, with everyone working to the same beat.
Train on your own or train as a team, either way you will have our support throughout.
You just need to attend a minimum 2 training sessions a week, to meet competition compliance.
Weekly challenges will take place at allocated times on a Friday or a Saturday.
Scores are standardised according to relevant, age, weight, height, as set out by our team of sport scientists and will be declared before each event

Athletic Development Members have free entry to the competition.

Access Members pay $75.00 to enter. This includes all testing, programming and on-floor support.

Non- Members will pay $195.00 to enter and will have 6 weeks of gym access included.

Staff may enter, though they cannot win the cash. Go on, challenge your coach!

$25.00 from every entry fee will go toward the cash prize shared by 1 female and 1 male athlete.

$25.00 from every entry fee will go toward the selected vouchers. One each going to the female and male winner.

If you want a bigger prize then get the crew in. The competition will be suitable to all levels of athlete or fitness enthusiast.

This competition will continue to enhance your athletic capacities or just prep you for the summer ahead. Whatever the motivation, all are welcome.
