As well as sports dietetics, April has experience in:
– Achieving body composition goals
– Supplements (sporting and deficiency correcting)
– Diabetes and cardiovascular disease management
– Paediatrics
– Oncology nutrition support
– Nutrition support and tube feeding
Growing up participating in a variety of different sports and enjoying cooking with her mum from a young age, April developed a passion for health and wellness early on. Outside of the clinic, April stays active by chasing after her two young girls and loves to attend a CrossFit class when she has the chance. She can’t go past a recipe book without picking it up to flick through the pages, loves to experiment with new flavours in the kitchen and knows which farmers markets are on each weekend. Her all-time favourite things to do, are to catch up with friends and family over coffee at a local cafe or to take her dog for a walk down the beach.
