NICHOLAS BALDERANOS

Physiotherapist

Nicholas graduated from La Trobe University with a Master of Physiotherapy Practice and a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science. During his studies, he worked as a sports trainer at Port Adelaide Football Club (AFL), Sandringham Zebras Football Club (VFL/VFLW) and Surrey Park Football Club (EFNL). Through these ongoing experiences playing and working within sport, he has developed a keen interest in managing and treating sport-related injuries.

During his undergraduate study and time as an exercise scientist, Nicholas developed a strong passion for strength and conditioning, which he applies to help clients build robust, resilient bodies, capable of meeting the demands of their daily lives. He combines this with hands-on therapy and education to support patients in achieving their goals. Nicholas is dedicated to fostering a collaborative approach to rehabilitation, empowering patients to take ownership of their recovery and work toward their goals.

Nicholas continues to play football and has begun dabbling in long distance running, swimming, and cycling, complimented by strength training and some very average golf. Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys travelling, catching up with friends, discovering new restaurants and watching the Tiges!
