KATE SEADON

Musculoskeletal, Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist, MACP

Kate is an APA-titled Sports and Exercise and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who works with athletes and weekend warriors alike to bounce back from injury.

After graduating from Melbourne University, Kate worked for five years at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and in the NHS in the UK. She then was the first High Performance Unit physiotherapist at Samoa Rugby Union based in their rugby training centre in Samoa.

She then completed a Masters in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy and moved into the role of Head Physio at Hong Kong Rugby Union. She stayed in Hong Kong for six years before her family – including her daughter and two very needy French Bulldogs – brought her back to the Mornington Peninsula to stay.

Kate has expertise in acute injury management, high level rehab, and concussion care. She brings a decade of elite athlete injury and player welfare management experience to PhysiPro.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Masters of Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy. She is a member of the Australian College of Physiotherapists and the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
