ADRIAN RASO

Physiotherapist

Adrian enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries, with a special interest in lower limb muscle strains and ligament injuries, ACL rehabilitation (surgical and non-surgical), tendon pain, hip and groin pain, and shoulder injuries.

Adrian graduated from The University of Melbourne with a postgraduate Doctor of Physiotherapy degree, as well as a prior Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science attained from RMIT.

He now treats in the clinic at PhysiPro, as well as working as a Physiotherapist for the Dandenong Stingrays Football Club. Adrian was also involved in high level gymnastics for over 20 years, both as an athlete and coach. These experiences have refined his ability to accurately diagnose and treat acute sporting injuries and have developed his interest in junior athlete development across all sports.

When treating, Adrian utilises hands-on therapy, exercise rehabilitation using strength and conditioning principles, and education to create a holistic management plan to reduce pain, improve movement quality and empower his patients to achieve their goals and take control of their own condition.
